Due to the high demand of treatments, a cancellation policy has been put in place.

If you need to reschedule or cancel any treatment, Results Skin & Body Clinic requires 24-hour minimum notice or the booked appointment time will be forfeited from your package.

As you can appreciate, these appointments are booked out weeks in advance and disruption to our schedule means that our other clients, like you, are likely to miss out on their desired appointment times and treatments.

Once treatment packages have been paid for, NO refund will be given. Treatments may be exchanged once the agreement from Results Skin & Body Clinic management has been obtained.

Please note: treatments must be booked and completed within 6 (six) months of payment in full. It is the client’s responsibility to contact Results Skin & Body Clinic prior to expiry of 6 (six) month period, should the client be unable to complete all treatments due to circumstances outside their control.
